Refund and Exchange Policy
At Regnum Supplies Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered in good condition and exactly as described. Please read this Refund and Exchange Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be granted.
Definitions
For the purposes of this policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Customer – Any individual or entity that purchases goods from Regnum Supplies Limited.
- Item(s) – Any product purchased from Regnum Supplies Limited.
- Edible Items – Any product intended for human consumption, whether raw, cooked, packaged, or unpackaged. This includes all food, beverages, snacks, confectionery, dairy products, baked goods, frozen foods, and groceries.
- Refund – The return of money to the Customer for an eligible item, in accordance with this policy.
- Exchange – The replacement of an eligible item with the same or equivalent item, in accordance with this policy.
- Original Packaging – The container, wrapping, or packaging in which an item was delivered, including protective materials or labels provided by Regnum Supplies Limited.
- Notification Period – The period within which the Customer must notify Regnum Supplies Limited of a request for refund or exchange, which is 24 hours from the time of delivery.
- Non-Eligible Items – Items that are not eligible for refund or exchange, including but not limited to: edible items, items damaged due to customer mishandling, final sale items, non-returnable items, customized or made-to-order items, and items for which notification is made after the Notification Period.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are strictly limited and will only be considered if:
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
And
- The item(s) delivered were not delivered as described.
⚠️ No refunds are issued for groceries or edible items.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange if you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) and
- The item(s) are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- The item(s) are non-edible (edibles are excluded from exchanges).
If the replacement item(s) is/are not available, an exchange will be processed using store credit only.
⚠️ No exchanges are issued for groceries or edible items.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All edible items, being consumable in nature, are excluded from refunds and exchanges. (non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-returnable,” or “Sale.”
- Customized, pre-order, or made-to-order items.
- Items returned without prior notification or approval.
- Requests made after 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Return Process
To request a refund or exchange:

- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
- Approved items must be returned within 24 hours of approval.
🚫 Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will only be issued for items not delivered as described.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after inspection.
Exchange & Shipping
- Where the reason for exchange arises due to an act or omission of Regnum Supplies Limited, the Company shall bear all delivery charges related to the replacement item.
- If the exchange is requested by the customer for reasons not caused by Regnum Supplies Limited, new shipping costs will be communicated and borne by the customer.
Order Cancellations
- All orders placed are considered final and are subject to this Refund and Exchange Policy.
